Roles and Responsibility:
Design creative and visually compelling images for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and content strategies.
Ensure designs align with the brand’s visual identity and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Develop new ideas and concepts to increase engagement on social media posts.
Edit and enhance images for various marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on current design trends and social media practices to create fresh and appealing content.
Optimize images for web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skill Requirement:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or other design tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content specifications.
Creative flair and attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs tailored for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram stories, Facebook ads).
Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
